This Privacy Policy describes how iHuus, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information of California residents who use our web application ([Your Web App Name]) (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you are informed about your rights and our practices.

This Policy is intended to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Generally, this means we will retain your information for the duration of your relationship with us and for a reasonable period thereafter as permitted or required by law.

Avatar thumbnails may be deleted sooner if you remove them from your profile or if your account is deleted.

As a California resident, you have certain rights regarding your personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. These rights include:

Right to Know/Access: You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. This includes:

- The categories of third parties with whom we disclose that personal information.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (such as if we need to retain the information to comply with our legal obligations, complete a transaction, or detect security incidents).
Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not currently "sell" or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information. How to Exercise Your Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

Your request must:

Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. This may include verifying your email address associated with your account.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.

We will endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

6. Data Security

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. 8. Do Not Track Signals

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there currently is no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time. We will await the outcome of work by the privacy community and industry to determine when such a response is appropriate and what form it should take.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, and other factors. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a prominent notice on our Service prior to the change becoming effective.
