Our neighborhood intelligence currently covers California, Texas, and Florida. Property listings and individual intelligence layers vary by location. Wildfire hazard data is currently available for California.
Where does the intelligence come from?+
iHuus combines public records, environmental measurements, maps, and spatial imagery. Sources include education agencies, Census data, OpenAQ, DOT, FEMA, and CALFIRE. Some neighborhood character layers use AI estimates from imagery and local place data.
Can I use regular property filters?+
Yes. Set your location, maximum price, beds, baths, and home type alongside neighborhood priorities. You can also refine the search in your own words and remove selected filters as your plans change.
